Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with your merchandise, we will gladly issue store credit for a return request submitted within 14 days upon receiving delivery. Items must be in unopened packaging. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags.

The procedure for returning merchandise:

A. Please email to sales@26international.com - please tittle the email " RETURN REQUEST - 26 INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE " and please include the following information.

- Company Name
- Your Order Number
- Style Number
- Size(s) & Color
- Quantity
- Reason For Return
- Photo(s) Of The Damaged Piece(s)

B. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been reviewed.

C. All returns are issued by 26 INTERNATIONAL store credit ONLY, NO REFUNDS will be given.

    C-1. Shipping and handling charges are NON - REFUNDABLE.

You will be responsible for shipping back the merchandise, undamaged and in original full packs on your own terms.

- All returns must be approved prior to shipping to receive credit. Any returns sent to our showroom without prior approval will not receive store credit.

- Returned packages without an authorization will be shipped back to customers at their own expense.

- All sale items or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

- Any request for returns and exchanges after 14 days will NOT be approved.

 Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please contact sales@26international.com as soon as possible.  If your cancellation request is sent prior to us  processing your order, which is at least 2 weeks before the ship date, we are happy to cancel your order. However, if your order was already processed, there will be a cancellation fee as stated below. 

• 1st time cancellation: $50.00
• 2nd time cancellation: $100.00
• 3rd time cancellation: $150.00

The initial hold fee of $50.00 (ONLY for preorder items) will be refunded to the first payment of method if your order is cancelled 2 weeks prior the ship date. 

After three cancellation, 26 International reserves the right to deny customer access to all our wholesale platforms.
